Does Serif send emails on my behalf?

No, Serif only drafts responses for you to review and send. It will never send emails automatically on your behalf.
How does the assistant train on my emails?

To train, the assistant reads your past emails once to create a Knowledge Base. This base contains everything needed to draft responses to new emails, without saving or storing your original emails.
How can I remove Serif if it doesn't work for me?

You can remove the assistant at any time. Your Gmail account will return to its normal state, and no further drafts will be created.
