The platform facilitates virtual physical therapy assessments and provides personalized exercise-based treatment programs directly through the ROMBOT app. This approach aims to make physical therapy more convenient and accessible.

Users can schedule a 45-minute video consultation with a chosen therapist. Following the assessment, the physical therapist designs a customized program tailored to the user's specific goals, whether it's injury recovery, pain management, mobility improvement, or prevention. Progress can be monitored within the secure, HIPAA-compliant app, which also allows direct chat communication with the therapist. Optional wearable devices are available to enhance tracking capabilities, such as counting repetitions and measuring range of motion (ROM).
