Dungeon Alchemist offers a streamlined solution for creating detailed maps for tabletop roleplaying games. Users initiate the process by defining a map size and selecting a suitable theme. By simply drawing room layouts, the application leverages its intelligence to automatically populate these spaces with appropriate doors, walls, lighting, furniture, and various objects, significantly accelerating the map creation workflow.

The tool provides robust customization capabilities. Users can readily modify room themes and designated functions, or manipulate individual elements by adding, moving, scaling, or removing objects chosen from an extensive library containing thousands of assets. Structural components like doors and windows are also easily adjustable. Furthermore, Dungeon Alchemist incorporates terrain generation and editing tools, facilitating the creation of diverse outdoor environments and landscapes. Completed maps can be inspected using orthographic, perspective, and 3D viewing modes before being exported either for printing (automatically formatted to selected paper sizes) or for direct use in popular Virtual Tabletops (VTTs), retaining crucial data like walls, lights, and doors.
