    Each month, complimentary messaging credits are added based on your selected package (e.g., $120 for the Grow package). These credits cover costs for emails, AI usage, texts, and calls. Complimentary credits do not roll over.
  • What happens if I run out of messaging credits?
    There are no overage fees. Instead, your account is recharged with a set amount ($50, $100, or $250 based on contact count) when credits are depleted. These purchased credits do roll over if unused.
  • How much are A2P Fees for SMS?
    A one-time Campaign Vetting Fee ($15) and monthly campaign maintenance ($1.50 or $10 based on volume) apply for A2P 10DLC registration, managed by Aesthetix CRM. Carrier fees also apply. These fees are deducted from messaging credits.
  • Is the platform available outside the USA?
    Yes, it's available in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), the United Kingdom, and Australia. Contact them for specific international pricing.
  • Is the CRM HIPAA compliant?
    Yes, the data is stored on HIPAA-compliant servers and databases, and emails use HIPAA-grade encryption via MailGun. However, users are responsible for using the platform in a HIPAA-compliant manner regarding PHI.
