• What if I exceed my trial or paid plan limits?

  If you exceed your plan limits (e.g., number of vehicles or orders), you will be prompted to upgrade your plan. You are charged only for the difference on a pro-rata basis when you upgrade.
• What can you do with a trial plan?

  The DynaRoute trial allows you to upload up to 500 orders and plan routes using a maximum of 10 vehicles and drivers. The trial period is valid for 30 days.
• Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?

  No, DynaRoute is a pay-as-you-go service billed monthly. Annual subscriptions offer a 10% discount. If you cancel an annual subscription early, you are only charged the difference of the discount for the months used, with no other fees.
• What happens if I upgrade or downgrade a plan mid-term?

  You can manage your subscription plan, vehicle count, and billing cycle from your account. Upgrades charge the pro-rated difference immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
• How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

  You can cancel your monthly subscription online via your account settings. Navigate to the 'Billing and payment' tab and click on 'Cancellation'.
