What kind of photos should I provide?

High quality photos of your yard during the day, both vertical and horizontal. The outputs are heavily reliant on the photos you provide. For best results upload photos that are: Clear, well-lit photos; Sharp images free from obstructions; Wide views showing as much of the space as possible; Photos taken at ground level (avoid drone shots). If your photos include obstructions, the AI has to estimate what’s behind them, which mean designs are less accurate. Providing clean, unobstructed photos will help ensure the outputs closely match your original space.
Can I request specific features or plants?

You can tell us what you'd like, but we can't guarantee specific items. We use a technology called "inpainting" - it's great at creating overall designs but isn't precise enough yet to guarantee specific features. Don't worry though - you'll still get great designs!
What is your refund policy?
