  • What are Inactive Users in the context of billing?
    Inactive users are unique users created within the Social+ account who do not connect to any Social+ network during the month MAU is calculated. Overage fees may apply if inactive users significantly exceed the MAU count (e.g., 10x MAU).
  • What are Concurrent Connections?
    Concurrent Connections measure the peak number of devices simultaneously connected to Social+ servers daily. Each device is a separate connection. Overage fees apply per connection per day if the plan's quota is exceeded.
  • How is File Storage calculated?
    File Storage is the total storage used by an account, including all images, videos, live-video recordings, and other files uploaded across all Social+ modules within the application.
  • Are there additional fees beyond the plan costs?
