How many credits do I start with?

You start with 10 free credits, which are valid for 30 days.
How does pricing for the White Label Video Editor SDK work?

All plans include the white-label video editor SDK, but only on subscriptions can you remove the Shotstack branding. The SDK will be able to be used by 10 unique users per month. For every additional 10 users we charge $10 per month.
What happens if I go over my credit limit?

If you are on a subscription your videos and images will continue to render. Any credits you use in excess of your allowance will be charged as overage at the end of your billing cycle. Overage is charged at a 30% premium to the rate in your plan. On a PAYG plan the API will stop functioning until you purchase more credits.
How many minutes of video can I create with 1 credit?

1 credit is equal to 1 minute of video, regardless of resolution.
Do my credits carry over into the next month?

Yes. You can roll over up to 3x your monthly credit budget month to month. Credits are valid as long as you're subscribed.
