Lead tokens allow you to buy leads instantly without per-lead payment delays. You purchase tokens in bulk (1 to 150) at 400 rupees each, and they are deducted automatically when you buy a lead. Refunded leads also return tokens. -
What happens if a customer does not respond?
If the customer does not respond within 24 hours, you can request a refund. Eligible refunds are credited as lead tokens to your account, which you can use to buy new leads. -
Can I add my own leads to the CRM?
Yes, you can add outsider leads to the CRM. They will be marked as 'SELF' and you can manage them with the same follow-up and team assignment features as purchased leads. -
How do I assign a team member to a lead?
Open the lead and click 'Add Team'. Enter your team member's name and the email ID they used to sign up on Interio Group. Only one team member can be assigned per lead at a time. -
