Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Access continues until the current subscription period expires, and you won't be charged for the next period. -
How long are the contracts?

What is counted as one chat for billing?
Any number of messages exchanged between an end-user and IntelliTicks within a 24-hour window counts as one chat, provided at least one message is received from the end-user. If the same user chats on different days, it counts as separate chats. Unresponded campaign/broadcast messages are not counted.
