What are activated contacts & how do I activate them?
Any campaign, segmentation, data enrichment, or automation contributes to "activating” a contact. Manual actions like sending a DM manually are not considered activations. Once a contact is activated, you can run any number of automations on them for the month. The quota is set per contact, not per interaction. Every month, the quota is reset. -
What happens when I reach my maximum of contacts?
When you reach 80% of your quota, Inrō will notify you so you can adjust your plan or your activation strategy. If you exceed your maximum limit, all activations will pause until you add more contacts to your plan or until the monthly limit resets. -
Can I share my Inrō account with other teams members?
In the Free Plan, sharing an account is limited to one user only. However, the Pro Plan allows you to add up to 10 team members. With the Custom Plan, you can include an unlimited number of team members. -
Can I downgrade plans?
With Inrō, you don't need to adjust your plan manually. The system automatically scales up or down based on your activity level and the number of contacts engaged. -
What kind of support does Inrō provide?
