How does the trial work?
You can create an account without a credit card and import feedback during the one-month trial period. The trial provides feedback processing credits as per your chosen plan. After the trial, you can upgrade to a plan via the settings menu. If you don't upgrade, your data will be deleted 30 days after trial expiration. -
What exactly is meant by processing feedback?
Importing feedback includes PII masking, custom masking (if enabled), and storing feedback. Processing involves analyzing feedback through sentiment and type detection, identifying tags, breaking it into standalone statements, and generating recommendations and insights. -
How do you handle PII?
We follow a data minimization approach, not accepting usernames or user IDs. Feedback content may contain personal information, which is removed in the initial step before storing in our database. For processing feedback that previously contained PII, a professional plan is required. -
Where does AI processing take place?
We use various AI models distributed globally, all connected via secure channels. Some models are hosted within Europe in a virtual private cloud. Depending on your plan and data sensitivity settings, different processing locations may apply. PII masking always occurs in Europe. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe, providing access to a portal to view purchase history and manage payments. For custom enterprise plans, alternative payment methods can be arranged.
