FAQs
Sticky FAQs
-
How exactly does Sticky work?
When you invite Sticky to a meeting, the AI Notetaker joins as a participant to record and transcribe. After the meeting, Sticky converts the transcript into AI meeting notes and saves both in the workspace, accessible via the calendar event. A copy of the notes is also emailed for review and sharing. -
Are my meeting recordings and notes safe?
Yes, recordings are protected with industry-standard encryption and security. Sticky staff will not review transcripts unless explicitly permitted for issue resolution. -
Are you using my data to train your AI?
No. Sticky does not allow its AI service partners to use your data for training their large language models (LLMs). Direct user feedback may be used to improve note quality. -
How do I control which meetings Sticky attends?
Use the toggle associated with the calendar event in Sticky to invite the AI Notetaker. Turn the toggle off if you don't want it to join or to make it leave a meeting it's currently in. -
How do you calculate AI Notetaker minutes of use?
Usage time starts when the AI Notetaker joins a meeting and begins recording, ending when it leaves. Waiting time also counts towards the usage quota.
Eric.ai FAQs
-
Do we really get unlimited users?
Yes! You can add as many users as you want to any plan. The free plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost, you just need to make sure you purchase sufficient pre-paid meeting credits. -
How are meeting hours (credits) calculated?
Your workspace has a pool of meeting hours. When you have a new meeting, hours are reduced based on the time Eric.ai is present, rounded up to the nearest 5-minute interval. The number of participants doesn't affect credit usage (e.g., a 30-minute meeting uses 30 minutes of credits). -
Do you offer any further discounts?
We offer annual discounts. We frequently offer special discounts for educational institutions and charitable organisations. Please contact us for more information. -
What is the shared team allowance?
On paid plans, you receive a minutes allowance per user added to a shared workspace pool (e.g., 10 users on Pro get 750 hours monthly). This allowance can be used unevenly by team members. Unused hours expire at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
