Purpose: Find and develop your authentic creative voice.

Process:

1. Survey voices you've borrowed or imitated
2. Identify what feels uniquely yours
3. Amplify authentic elements
4. Practice speaking in your true voice

Output: Authentic voice clarity, unique style

2. Truth Speaking

Purpose: Overcome fear of speaking your truth.

Process:

1. Identify the truth you've been avoiding
2. Examine what you fear about speaking it
3. Find the words that honor both truth and kindness
4. Practice speaking with courage
