STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

Purpose

Deliver robust TypeScript code for APIs, frontends, CLIs, and libraries with strict typing, testing, and build hygiene.

Triggers

• Positive: TypeScript feature development, API/SDK creation, React/Node services, build/CI setup, performance hardening.
• Negative: Non-TS stacks (route elsewhere) or pure prompt rewrites (prompt-architect).

Guardrails

• Structure-first: maintain SKILL.md, examples/, tests/, resources/, and readme docs.
• Constraint clarity: HARD/SOFT/INFERRED (runtime: Node/browser, framework: React/Nest/Next, build: tsconfig/eslint/bundler, perf/security needs).
• Quality gates: strict TS config, eslint/formatter, test matrix (unit/e2e as needed).
• Dependency hygiene: pin critical versions; tree-shake and avoid polyfill drift; document env vars.
• Confidence ceiling enforced (inference/report 0.70; research 0.85; observation/definition 0.95).

Execution Phases

1. Intake: Capture runtime, framework, build pipeline, and constraints.
2. Design: Define module boundaries, types/interfaces, error handling, and dependency strategy.
