Complexity Levels

Quality Standards

Folder names MUST be kebab-case (lowercase-with-hyphens)
ZIP file contains ONLY the SKILL.md
Python scripts only when functionally necessary
Test data minimal (10-20 rows maximum)
All sections complete - no placeholders
