1. Flow State Induction

Purpose: Enter creative flow state through water-based practices.

Invocation: /flow enter

Process:

1. Release tension and forcing
2. Set intention without attachment
3. Begin movement without judgment
4. Allow the work to emerge

Output: Creative flow state, reduced resistance

2. Creative Unblocking

Purpose: Release emotional and creative blocks.

Invocation: /flow unblock

Process:

1. Identify where you feel stuck
2. Locate the block in your body
3. Apply water energy (release, soften)
4. Let the block dissolve

Output: Released blocks, restored creative movement

3. Emotional Processing

Purpose: Process emotions through creative expression.

Invocation: /flow process [emotion]

Process:

1. Name the emotion without judgment
2. Find its creative expression
3. Let it flow onto the page/canvas/medium
4. Observe transformation

4. Idea Streaming

Purpose: Generate abundant ideas through flow techniques.

Process:

1. Suspend judgment completely
2. Set a quantity target (not quality)
3. Stream ideas without stopping
