- Scope (known vs unknown)
- Risks / assumptions
- Verification (what to check)
- Rollback
Rules
- If evidence is missing, say so and request cc-explore.
- Avoid unverified assumptions; mark unknowns explicitly.
- Keep the plan concise and actionable.
