Why this exists
Some Chinese users describe the problem as a work hallucination: the model acts as if progress happened, but the evidence is thin or missing.
VeriClaw 爪印 is relevant when the operator needs evidence, diagnosis,
intervention, and verification instead of trusting the model's self-report.
